While human healthcare in Taiwan is rapidly moving toward standardized electronic health records, the veterinary sector has not yet reached a unified national digital framework. As pet ownership increases and technology usage grows, platforms that integrate mobile health tracking, owner-entered data, and AI diagnostics (in some international cases) are beginning to influence how vet practices view data collection — though adoption in Taiwan is still emerging.

Always start with paper before going into pixel, drawing out ideas help turning fragmented ideas into a solid one.
Design user flows based on the user’s perspective, not personal assumptions.
